Payment Confirmation
Once the payment is made, the confirmation notice will be sent to the client via email within 24 hours of receipt of payment.
Refund Policy
We do to provide any refund to the customer once payment is made. Payment by a customer is the final step of subscribing our service. We ensure that the payment decision is taken after learning everything about our service in detail and all doubts of the customer is cleared before payment. So the payment once made can not be refunded. They have the right to cancel the service anytime with 30 days prior notice as per our cancellation police.
Cancellation Policy
Customer can cancel their subscription to our service at any time with a 30-day prior notice in written format or email. Their cancellation will take effect after 30 days from receiving the written cancellation notice. Please be informed that any kind of verbal communication will not be treated as an effective cancellation request.
